Oh – I finally made good breadrolls! And even with dried yeast, since didn’t have fresh one available! As a basis I had of course the white with overnight sponge, but did some “little” addings again. Anyway, more about it tomorrow, as I shall post the recipe.. ..hope I still remember it. Oh, and here is then the only picture I have, since I forgot to do photoshooting.
