This wednesday I went around the Tampere city visiting different cafés and such around here (e.g. Kahvila Runo and Ravintola 4 vuodenaikaa) , showing off my bread and hunting for tips for the future. I served basic focaccia, sourdough bread and sunflower-millet-whitebread (just add 35g+35g to the white with overnight sponge, it’s lovely! – exact recipe will be posted later).
Too bad that in the rush I forgot to do photoshooting (should always..)! Oh well, but all went fine and they loved my bread showing it to their customers, too – and everyone said it was so tasty and good. So the product surely is ok, but making money with it.. ..still remains as a mystery to solve (but not for long)!
