Ok, luckily not quite yet, despite the promised snow for next week.. Well, I’ll be away in Germany by then – just wondering will it be white when I get home.
So yes, talking of Christmas. I made my first Pig-bread of this “winter” today;
I’ll be making these a lot through the up-coming weeks – I booked a place on a local Christmas-market for me and my sister (table 24!). My sister in planning to sell her sewings, while I sell my bakings. It’s a good combi!
But yup, that also means practice-practice-practice. Somehow this is a difficult bread-type for me to get right – it always seems to be different (krhm – maybe I ought to stop varying the recipe time after time, might help)..
