Huh, I ended up relaxing so well on my bakery-adventure-week in Braunschweig, Germany that I even gave up updating my blog all that time – feels weird now!
Anyway, I’ll post some pics of the bakings I enjoyed during my week – and now I notice again, how few pics I took;
This is one lovely cakery-bakery place – we got three pieces of cake (Cherrychoco, cherry-merenque and mooncake) with 2€ from there! Ok, the second time it was more expensive, but still.. pretty good!
Here are some delicious bread rolls from Brotinsel – that was a good place for breads, but they had rather few sweet bakings, which I mostly hunted for..
So, that’s a few pics. I also visited Miniatur-wunderland in Hamburg, went swimming in BadeLand in Wolfsburg, and enjoyed watching the most loverly windmills in Girhorn International windmill museum. And then went biking for 42km one day, watched the 3D owl movie, tried to get a kite up in the air, learned a lot from the history of Braunschweig in a local museum.. ..oh yeah, and went to a German supermarket Real a couple times! What a charming week – and of course the best was seeing my beloved one again!
Huuh.. but not to make this a too long post, I shall tell more of everything I ate on my next update and then.. ..I have a little surprise for you – something new to try on breadmaking, will be interesting.
