Well well.. I think my blog shall be quite boring for the rest of the month as I’ll devote my time pretty much on baking one certain bread – The pig. Reason for this lays in my two upcoming “projects”, the other being the Christmas market participation with my sister I told earlier about and the other.. ..I’ll be doing a breadcourse!
Yes, and I’ll teach people how to bake The pig! How cool is that! The date is settled for the 2nd of December and marketing letter should be leaving out latest next monday. Just excited now, that will I get the 15 people needed full. And since it’s a three hour course I’ll have to keep fixing my recipes now – I can bake the bread in that time, but to teach it.. Should cut the baking process time to two hours here.
Oh, but I can make it – decided that next week will be The week of pig – meaning that everyday I’ll make a loaf (except Tuesday when I’ll spend 12 hours at school). So – you shall see a lot of oink-oink next week! Or actually.. You might get to see some already right now;
Baked this the other night (also used it in marketing). I think I got a good fix of the recipe right here.. ..now just need to ask from some bakers some tips for the syrup-brushing on top ; How to make it not sticky? Well, I think I’ll figure out the answer in a month! You’ll see more pics of the pigs here – I baked also another with a different recipe last night and well.. It got a nice scar in it’s cheeck – you’ll see what I mean.
