Too bad I didn’t have my camera with me as I visited the countryside this weekend, for I baked the yummiest cake in a while – Kentuckyan bundt cake. The recipe was found from here (in Finnish).
I left the raisins away and instead used a bit more crushed almonds – and even if I made just 3/4 times the recipe, it still made two cakes.! But I think that really wasn’t a problem.. The topping is a bit like cream fudge – was interesting making it. Mine got a bit too stiff, guess I cooked it so long.
Anyway, soon is the breadcourse! Getting excited..
