Or maybe the breadrolls ain’t crazy, just me.. The breadrolls are more like creamy. We got a nice stock delivery to the café last monday, instead of lactose-free long-lasting cream, we received 7 liters of normal cream going bad now on friday, hummnh. And being the end of the month (students have ran out of studying aid money), the sales has been lower than usually. So, ta-da, got 3 liters of cream to eat!
And spite that, I also got 10 bananas, which got too dark too quick – guess it’s the cold weather during delivery. So, been eating healthy: cream+banana. Made a pancake out of them was super yummy. And then I decided to make breadrolls of one liter of the cream. They are yummy too, though a bit heavy. I used for a change breadroll-flour including all kinds of grains.
But yup, maybe this weekend baking something more exciting, at least one recipe I got in mind. It’s from Carlos, called pandeyuca – quite yummy little puffy things. You’ll see then.
