Huh, been running here and there again. On the other day I was in a very delightful seminar about closefood. We were trying to discover new solutions how to make close food available for the consumers. And then next week we have Tampere Art Factory running in the premises where I have my caf’é – got a catering for each day! There’ll be many international guests, too.
So, been working, but baking – well, not too much lately. Been instead trying out all kinds of “weird” premade foods like frozen spring rolls and little cherry pies, mm.. And yesterday I actually even baked and made some lazy bread on a pan, but couldn’t load the pictures on my computer. For some reason my laptop doesn’t detect my memory card, so gotta spend a little time with it too, to get it working.
Now leaving to a trade fair to sell children’s book.
