Yup, yup – me and mini-oven are again putting up a great show. Here are some of our greations:
Not such master pieces, actually. Or the bread was. Could even post a recipe for that ’cause it’s so simple. It’s made with the (cursed) artisan-bread-in-5-minutes -theory, but it worked out quite quite yummy. Just got cut a bit too early, so can’t see the bubbles so well.
And the cake, well. That was some greation of my mind. But the structure of the filling was heavenly. Bottom.. barely had any cookies left on Sunday and the stores were closed. The merengues were perfect before I had to give them a second round in the oven. Moisture around here just killed them, and then I did. And we peeled the mandarins ourselves.
Anything else? Well, trying to get me an Ausbildung-place in a Bäckerei. Would be starting only in Autumn, though, but it sounds like me. We’ll see – if not that, then have to find a job of some kind. But, they give me three months time to figure it out.
It’s surely interesting to be an immigrant now. Quite a life change in that – and even more reasons to criticize this world of red tape.
But, luckily it’s all worth it!
