It’s been a week full of work. We baled hay and sawed wood. Around 900 bales and 200 logs. Took lots of time and people, and gave me a great reason to bake a bit more than usually. Been making lots of breads, breadrolls, some cakes and pullas. There’s been so many bakings going around that I’ve even managed to shoot a few pics this time:
There’s still some work left to do before Saturday, though. Then I shall be heading to the North again, hoping that winter hasn’t yet arrived to Ivalo. But I’ll be posting before that, have a recipe to publish.
