Back just to be gone again. Last days in Finland and I’m trying to stretch my time here, though yet still so happy to go back to my German home. Feel so sorry for leaving 75g of yeast into the fridge, just couldn’t bake it all. But at least what I managed to bake turned out super promising. My first baguettes which somewhat feel and smell and behave like they ought to. Just missing a bit of bubbles. Recipe is from here, Baguettes with poolish. Gotta keep testing!
