Been playing all last week with my best friend, Mr. Yeast Fungus. We made all sorts of things together. My boyfriend wanted some melon pan, so he got it. Filled with pudding, though, but there always has to be the surprise element. I mean, that something that lets me try out something new, anyway.
Then I made a monster bread. Inspired by the famous monkey bread, I made a cute sesame loaf. Love it!
And to make the week even yummier, I made a thin, French, lemon and wheat tart. It’s so gorgeous. And so unhealthy with a ton of sugar and butter. But as it feels so very light in your mouth, one tends to forget that fact. And eats another slice, or the whole half of it, and then the other half.
