I’m a Finnish girl, born on a fine May day of the year 1990. Since a little kid I’ve been turning the oven on and baking has been close to my heart for years. My greatest baking passion is bread, and especially the one with bubbles.
In the Autumn of 2012, after finishing my business studies in Tampere, Finland, I moved to Braunschweig, Germany in order to become a baker. I’m doing my training in a local bakery, planning to graduate sometime in the year 2015. So far I’m enjoying the journey, and spite baking all night through, always find the motivation to keep baking more at home.
